The National Auto Body Council (NABC) organizes F.R.E.E.™ events—live demonstrations that train firefighters on how to safely extract crash victims using equipment like the jaws of life. While the program is critical, NABC faced challenges attracting new body shops to host these events due to limited visibility and marketing capacity. I partnered with NABC and CARSTAR Ambassador Collision to promote their Houston-based event and ensure strong turnout, awareness, and documentation for future use.
Digital Automation: Designed and implemented an end-to-end registration system with automated emails and waiver collection. This eliminated manual coordination and allowed NABC to reuse the system for future events.
Local Promotion: Drove attendance through targeted local outreach via Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, and regional news sites. Designed print posters placed in high-traffic community areas.
Event Planning & Signage: Coordinated event logistics and designed bilingual signage (English and Spanish) for event flow and visitor guidance to ensure an organized experience.
Photo & Video Production: Filmed, edited, and produced a high-quality event video. This highlight reel is now used by NABC to onboard new body shops and by CARSTAR as a promotional asset.
