Drive Nation Automotive, a new independent dealership in Houston, was founded by a team experienced in subprime sales looking to break into the prime automotive market. I was brought on at the earliest stage—before the brand even existed—to help build and launch a fully compliant, scalable dealership from the ground up.
Brand Development: Created the name Drive Nation Automotive, developed 10 logo concepts, finalized the brand identity, and crafted taglines for retail and service divisions.
Web & DMS Integration: Designed and launched two WordPress websites—one for vehicle sales and one for the service department—with full DMS and CRM integration, including real-time inventory updates and lead tracking.
SEO & Technical Setup: Implemented mobile optimization, fast load speeds, accessibility standards, and clean indexing to ensure early organic visibility.
On-Site Signage: Designed pylon, acrylic, feather flags, and directional signs to enhance physical branding and customer wayfinding.
Marketing Materials: Produced sales and service collateral, including posters, branded merchandise (keychains, license plate frames), and image overlays for vehicle listings and social media.
Reputation Management: Set up and optimized profiles across all key platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and built a system for staff to request and manage customer reviews.
Sales Funnels: Created and automated CRM-integrated SMS and email sequences for buyers, service customers, and people looking to sell their cars, with incentive-based messaging like free warranties and service discounts.
